Ida Egelund Jensen

Ida is a creative force at 21-5, where she brings her unique background from the theater world into Office Management. With roots in Kgs. Lyngby and a great love for her family, Ida dreams of bringing back the warmth and togetherness to Lyngby one day, but in the meantime, she enjoys life on Bryggen with her partner and daughter. Here, they embrace urban life with walks and bike rides on Amagerfælled, cultural experiences, and the refreshing thrill of Winterbathing at Bryggen, while also holding onto traditions like the summer house in Hornbæk and visits to friends and family in North Jutland.

Ida has always had a passion for travel, from childhood camping trips in Southern France to an adventurous year in Venezuela as a cook and guide. This was followed by travels in South America and solo adventures in Asia. Her professional career began in the world of theater, where she graduated from the Danish School of Performing Arts as a Production Manager & Props Master. For 14 years, Ida has tackled productions on grand stages with large casts to small, intimate scenes, and has toured Denmark and Berlin. She has faced challenges as diverse as sourcing a piece of the Berlin Wall, creating artificial shrimp sandwiches, or managing a revolving stage with dancing actors and complex scenery.

In her current role as Office Manager at 21-5, Ida is responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and that all employees have everything they need to thrive. She often welcomes guests and colleagues with a smile and looks forward to the opportunity to ensure they feel at home.
