Daniel Fixen

Daniel is part of the skilled support team.

Daniel's formal education is as a schoolteacher because he enjoys teaching, conveying knowledge, and being involved in shaping and educating others. However, he has always been deeply involved in the restaurant industry and probably knew that he wouldn't be a schoolteacher for his entire life. When he entered the hotel industry, he became aware of management, execution, development, and building. From the hotel industry, he learned to always pay attention to detail, keep the guest/customer in focus, be adaptable, and take decisive action.

Even though Daniel's mother is a French speaker and now lives in France, he is a true Copenhagen native. Born and raised in the inner city, he now resides in Vesterbro with his girlfriend, young daughter, and older son every other week.

Daniel has always been very active and involved in sports, with football being his top priority. However, he has passed the torch to the next generation and now spends a lot of his free time training his son and his son's football buddies at KB. Additionally, he has played handyman in the summer house that he and his girlfriend invested in and renovated. It's expected that Daniel will spend many weekends there for many years to come.
