We have four types of 21-5 associations. The difference is the sizes of the homes (number of bedrooms) and the types (apartment, townhouse, villa).
Furniture, beds and all fixtures and fittings are of the same high quality in all 21-5 homes regardless of association type and the sizes of the holiday homes.
The associations with smaller homes have mostly apartments, and the associations with larger homes have villas.
2-3 bedrooms
Family
Typically four apartments with 2 bedrooms each and a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool.
Family associations are designed for the couple or small family who only need a few bedrooms.
3-4 bedrooms
Large
Mix of apartments and villas all with 3-4 bedrooms, the villas often have private pools.
The large associations are for the medium-sized family, or for those who like travelling with friends.
4-5 bedrooms
Grande
Villas with private pool and usually 5 bedrooms.
Grande associations are for large families and those who like to travel with friends.
10-4 & CUSTOM
Beyond
Beyond homes are not necessarily larger than our Grande homes, but sometimes they are. The homes are of even higher quality in terms of furniture, fixtures, tiles, installations, etc. and there are far fewer compromises in terms of location - if any.
