The association has already been founded with the first families and the first property has been found and purchased. We are in the process of developing the home, we are looking forward to the first families to enjoy.
There are still seats available, so it is still possible to join this association.
In our Beyond universe there are no rules, no restrictions, almost anything is possible.
We're designing our Beyond Associations based on all the experience we've gained since we first came up with the idea for 21-5 at the end of 2008. The Beyond Associations have fewer families per home, which allows for more flexibility than our regular 21-5 Associations, and the homes are generally in better locations with fewer compromises.
The vast majority of families have plenty of flexibility in our 'normal' 21-5 associations, the families who choose to join a Beyond association want an even greater degree of flexibility.
Beyond homes tend to be in better locations and there are fewer compromises in terms of materials and interior design.
Beyond homes are not necessarily larger than our Grande homes, so it can be difficult to see the difference in the pictures, as our Grande homes meet most families' needs for a really nice holiday home. The Beyond homes are particularly unique!
By participating in the new Beyond 10-4, you will co-own 4 homes in the above destinations and the homes will match all our previous Beyond homes.
We are looking forward to once again creating 4 unique holiday homes, all of which will be beyond the ordinary.

Each home is individually designed based on its location and original character. Original details are preserved or sometimes need to be recreated. The interaction between the original character and the "new" should be subtle and exquisite. Our design team can't wait to get started.
Expect a blend of Scandinavian design, quality and unique original local details. In addition to ambiance and design, we prioritize social interaction and quality of life in each of the outstanding villas.

We are looking forward to finding and creating the four homes for the new Beyond owner association, where our skills and creativity can really come into play.
