With Ready to Go associations, we have turned the process around.

When we design a Ready to Go association, we start by finding and creating the homes. When the first homes are ready, we release the first shares, and as more homes become ready, we release more shares for families to join.

It's almost like buying a share in an existing 21-5 association, where you can see the actual 5 homes you'll own, and you can book the homes immediately after joining.
Only Ready to Go is better as the homes are all new and the calendar is very open for bookings.

In the current Ready to Go offer we have found and bought all 5 holiday homes.

The apartment in Barcelona and the apartment in Saalbach, Austria are Ready to Go.
The remaining 3 homes are under development and will be ready in the coming months.
