Our standard 21-5 concept is for more and more families, but we've long understood that 21-5 is not for everyone.
We created our Beyond Universe to cater for families with needs beyond the ordinary. We have created Beyond 10-4 owner associations where 10 families share 4 unique holiday homes, but we have also created several individual unique homes.
The creation of individual homes began when a family in one of our owner associations wanted us to find and create a home for them in Mallorca. They were part of a 21-5 Grande owner association and therefore already co-owners of a home in Mallorca, but they wanted a home of their own in addition to their 21-5 owner association. We talked about their wishes, and in fact what they really wanted, was a “21-5 villa” in Mallorca of their own. We subsecuently found and created a magnificent 21-5 home for them, which they have been enjoying for several years now. They are still part of a Grande owner association.
We have since created several properties for individual families, one of which can be seen in the gallery below.

Of course, we have the most experience in the destinations where we have already purchased and created homes for our owner association, but we are not limited to those.
Based on your needs, we can help you find the perfect property, assist with renovations, furnishings, and finally "jazz up" the property so that it appears to be a 21-5 home with all the amenities.
We can also manage your home, if you want to be free of the hassle. We can take care of everything practical - cleaning, maintenance, gardening, pool cleaning, paying bills, etc., in short, EVERYTHING. All you have to do is concentrate on enjoying your holiday home with your family and friends.

To begin with, we listen to/ask you about your needs and expectations. Some families prefer to let us decide everything, while others have their own opinions on things like colors and style.
